摘要:使用行星式球磨机对水镁石粉体进行超细研磨,讨论了不同球磨工艺参数(球料比、球磨转速、球磨时间、料浆比)对水镁石粉体出料粒径的影响,并将研磨后的水镁石粉体添加到不饱和聚酯树脂中,制得聚酯材料。使用激光粒度分析仪和扫描电镜对粉体的粒径和形貌进行了表征;使用热重分析仪、氧指数测定仪对聚酯材料的热分解性能和燃烧性能进行了测试。结果表明,在球料比2.5、球磨转速450 r/min、球磨时间20min、料浆比1时,水镁石粉体的粒度显著降低(d_(50)=0.14μm,d_(90)= 0.21μm)且形貌均匀;添加研磨后的水镁石粉体制得的聚酯材料热分解温度显著提高,具有优异的阻燃性能。在最大热分解速率时的温度从352.72℃提高到379.14℃,氧指数由26.3提升到30.5,达到难燃要求。 The fine brucite powder was prepared by high-energy planetary ball milling in this paper.The influences of ratio of ball material,milling time,ball grinding rotational speed on powder particle size were discussed.The composite materi- als were obtained by adding the nano powder in the unsaturated polyester resin.The powder particle size and morphology were characterized by the laser granularity analyzer and scanning electron microscopy(SEM);the thermal decomposition and combustion properties were tested
