摘要:确定了风化型高岭土精确分级的最佳分散条件和高岭土颗粒粒径与实际沉降速度的关系。高岭土颗粒的沉降速度:1.6μm的为0.375cm/天,2.4μm的为0.833cm/天,2.8μm的为1.225cm/天。高岭土的精确分级,可提高刮刀级高岭土产率,并能在一定程度上改善高岭土的黏度,也为更高性能高岭土产品的开发提供了依据。 The best disperse conditions and the relation of the kaolin\'s grain and the sedimentation rate for the weathering type of kaolin was confi rmed:the sedimentation rate of kaolin grain is following,0.375cm/day for 1.6μm,0.833cm/day for 2.4μm,1.225cm/day for 2.8μm.This technique can improve not only the effi ciency of scraper coating kaolin and change kaolin\'s viscidity to a certain extent,but also give a theory for development of new kaolin product.
