摘要:根据纳米碳酸钙湿饼料所具有的特性,对干燥中试样机进行多次实验,改造。将出现的诸如喂料难、粘壁、二次团聚、干料堆比重轻等问题逐步解决,摸索出适合此种物料干燥作业的实验数据和规律,并在工业化生产中得到了验证。这些实验的方法,解决问题的方式及结果对超细粉体干燥系统的开发、制造及调试具有实际意义。 In this paper, some existing problems such as troublesome of feeding, adhering wall, second aggregation and low bulk density are solved, through a lot of tests and reforms which are done on drying machine model according to the feature of nanometer calcium carbonate wet cakes. Experimental data and regulations which fit this kind of materials′ drying operations are found, at the same time those are proved in industrialized production. These ways of tests, styles of solving problems and results make practical sense in developing, manufacturing and debugging of ultrafine powder drying system.
