The instrument is mainly used in X-ray fluorescence supporting equipment, the equipment easy to operate, stable performance, high efficiency, low noise, no dust leaks, can replace similar foreign products.

操作说明Operating Instructions

1. 装样Holding Sample
1.1 尅�/span>冱�/span>击锤放入砓�/span>磨盒中，册�/span>将样品放�?/span>砓�/span>磨盒不�/span>冱�/span>击锤乊�/span>闳�/span>、�/span>

Put impact rammer into the grinding case, and then put sample between grinding case and impact rammer.
1.2. 砓�/span>磨盒中的栶�/span>品量�?�?5cm 3�

Quantity of sample in grinding case shall be 5�?5cm3.
〈警告〉当放入砓�/span>磨盒中的栶�/span>品量≣�/span>5cm 3旵�/span>＋�/span>会损坎�/span>砓�/span>磨盒�?nbsp;

In case quantity of sample put into the grinding case is �?cm3, it may damage the grinding case.

2. 时间讽�/span>宙�/span>Time Setting

2.1. 按时间继甴�/span>器上上�/span>丣�/span>行按纼�/span>＋�/span>讽�/span>宙�/span>迏�/span>衋�/span>时间。其中中闳�/span>的一位表礹�/span>时间協�/span>位：導�/span>旵�/span>＇�/span>H）、分钞�/span>＇�/span>M）和秒（S（�/span>

Press two buttons at upper and lower rows on the Time Relay, set the running time, of which the middle digit indicates time units: hour (H), minutes (M), and seconds (S).

Generally set within 3 minutes for grinding case of tungsten carbide, 10 minutes for that of high chrome.

3. 制样Specimen Preparation

3.1. 将研磨盒放在�?/span>�?/span>磨的固定盗�/span>上，旊�/span>�?/span>固定手柄、�/span>叁�/span>眊�/span>�?。盖�?/span>�?/span>�?/span>磨的盖，按振�?/span>磨的绾�/span>艱�/span>启动挈�/span>�?/span>、�/span>启动�?/span>�?/span>磨、�/span>

Put the grinding case on the fixed disk of Vibration Grinding Mill, screw the fixed handle. See Fig.2. Fasten down the cover of Vibration Grinding Mill, press green start button of it. Start Vibration Grinding Mill.
3.2. 如果叐�/span>生意外情冴�/span>＋�/span>诶�/span>立即按下纡�/span>色急停挈�/span>�?/span>、�/span>

If something unexpected happened, please press red emergency stop button immediately.

Do not open the cover of Vibration Grinding Mill before the machine completely stopped.
3.3. 机器停稳后，扒�/span>开�?/span>�?/span>磨的盖，取出砓�/span>磨盒、�/span>将样品倒入过滤筚�/span>中，库�/span>月�/span>80%栶�/span>品的粒度≣�/span>80um。After the machine completely stopped, open the cover of Vibration Grinding Mill, take out the grinding case. Pour sample into filter sieve, particle size of 80% sample should be in �?0um.
3.4. 如果砓�/span>磨后皃�/span>栶�/span>品，辽�/span>不到3.3. 的要求。取出研磨盒，自然冷却至60℃以下，再继�?/span>工作、�/span>幵�/span>找出**砓�/span>�?/span>时间、�/span>

In case the sample after grinded can’t reach the requirement described in Item 3.3, take out the grinding case, cool it to less than 60� in room temperature, and work continuously. Find out optimum grinding time.
