PWS-CM-V用于超快激光器的啁啾模块结合了TeraXion的可调谐脉冲展宽器和体布拉格光栅（VBG）压缩器。每PWS-CM-V都内部配对到特定的VBG压缩机，通过在压缩阶段更简单、更少的光学对准，大大提高了激光器的稳定性。其灵活的软件选项可轻松集成到任何设计中，并允许对激光系统进行全电子校准，从而缩短周期时间，提高产量并降低运营成本、/p>
