本设备主要用于电池浆料的周转，存放，搅拌，二次脱泡，涂布前防止沉淀、�/span>

The machine is used for thetransfer, storage, mixing and twice defoaming of battery sizes,preventthe sizes fromprecipitation.

1.在周转桶里抽真空，把真空搅拌机里的物料提取到周转搅拌桶里、�/span>

Vacuum the transfer tank, extract the material from vacuum mixer

2.打开周转桶电机搅拌，以防止密度大的物料沉淀、�/span>

Turn on the mixingmotor, avoid the precipitation of large density material;

3.给周转桶里加氮气，把物料压送到涂布机；或用隔膜泵输送至涂布机、�/span>

Fillnitrogeninto the transfer tank, press transmission the material to coating machine; or transfer the material by pneumatic diaphragm pump;

4.适用范围:锂离子电池正、负极浆料的制作以及其它物料的配制、�/span>

Application: manufacturing of Lithium battery positive pole sizes & negative pole sizes as well as other materials;
