在药品生产的多个环节中,如粉碎、混合、制粒、干燥等,都需要对物料进行输送。负压输送即真空输送,它是采用全密闭输送系统完成对粉体或颗粒的转移,这就完全杜绝了由于物料泄漏造成的对环境的污染和对操作人员身体的伤害,以及周围环境对于物料的污染、/span>

真空上料输送设备的负压源有多种形式,例如:真空发生器、真空泵、罗茨风机等。真空发生器的优点是体积小、重量轻、便于安装,可应用在洁净厂房内、br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; max-width: 100%;"/>

由于物料的粒径以及密度的不同,才会产生粉粒的分层,合理的气流模型、物料形态控制及粉体物料的软着陆技术,对物料的运行轨迹进行有效控制,从而从根本上解决了粉体输送过程中的分层问题、/span>

在物料输送过程中,过滤器的作用是分离粉体物料与空气,即让空气透过,而将粉体物料留在上料机料仓内。在洁净厂房内使用,透过的空气中不能有粉末,这就要求过滤器的过滤孔径既要保证一定的透气性,又要有效的阻止物料的通过。在每次放料的过程中,反吹装置同时启动,将黏结在过滤器上的物料清理干净、/span>
