工作原理Working principle

JRML-600型直接式燃煤热风炉由燃煤机、高温气体净化室和混风室组成、�/span>

JRML-600 direct type hot air furnace consists of coal firing machine, high temperature air purifying chamber and air mixing chamber.

原（烟）煤通过上煤机加入到位于燃煤机一端的煤斗中，一定高度的煤层（煤层高度根据煤种可调）由链条炉排匀速送入燃煤机的燃烧室，助燃风由风机送入分配室，通过调节阀分别进入炉排下的风仓，然后通过炉排穿过煤层。烟煤里的挥发份首先逸出，固定碳在链条炉排上与空气充分接触并产生高温烟气，高温火焰从燃煤机出火口喷出。燃尽煤渣从燃煤机的另一端排出到出渣机，经自动刮板出渣机送出、�/span>

Coal is fed to coal hopper on firing machine by coal feeder, coal at a specify height is conveyed to firing chamber by auto-slag chain grate stocker, combustion-supporting air is sent to air distributing room by blower and then enter into air box under chain grate stocker adjusted by air valve, at this time, air penetrate through coal spread on chain grate stocker. Volatile matter of coal first come out, fixed carbon on grate stocker will contact with hot air and then generate high temperature flue gas, high temperature flame ejects from coal firing machine. Slag will be auto-conveyed to other end of machine.
