Application

Gastight chamber furnaces with retort are used especially for heat treatment of materials in controlled atmosphere (argon� nitrogen� forming gas etc.) with low gas drain� to the max. temperature 1100C for bright annealing� tempering� soldering� steel powder sintering.

Description of Hardening Furnace in Semi-gastight design:

*steel frame

*stainless steel gas-tight retort with water cooled collar

*door sealed with silicon seal

*overpressure gas outlet

*protective atmosphere supply

*door equipped with safety terminal switch

*programmable INDUSTRY controller for saving up to 30 control programs in the internal controllermemory� each program can consist of up to 15 steps� operator may start the selected program on a preset date and time thanks to the installed real time clock

*switchboard on side of furnace

*semiconductor non-contact switch relay

Standard design of the PKR furnace includes:
