APPLICATION:运用

- This furnace is designed mainly for the smelting of small amounts of non-ferrous metal (gold� silver� copper� brass).

DESCRIPTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FURNACE:主要结构描述

- The furnace frame is octagonal and is made from precision-milled and tooled fiberglass plates which are assembled

- 框架为八角形，由精密研磨的玻璃纤维板作为材料使用

- The frame is made of welded bent steel plates.

- The tilting mechanism allows the furnace to be locked in any position between the moving stops.

- The unlocking and tilting system is designed for single-handed operation

- the thermal shield protects the operator from potential radiant heat injury.

- The charge is heated using a high-frequency spiral heater (inductor)

- The inductor consists of water-cooled cables connected to an electrical energy source which is then connected to an open circuit of cooling water

- The furnace has two independent circuits� which though must be individually cooled with water� can also be connected to a shared input and output canal

- Regulation is done using the high-frequency source� with current flow through the inductor adjusted using a rotary wheel
