FAA oil burner(nexgen) insulation burn through resistance
The NexGen Burner is Authorized for Testing the Burn Through Resistance of Thermal/Acoustic Insulation.
Note: It should be noted that the NexGen Burner is officially acceptable to the FAA to conduct the Insulation Flame Penetration Test.
Unofficially it is acceptable for the Seat Cushion and Power Plant tests.It is strongly suggested that separate burners be used for the Insulation Flame Penetration configuration and the Seat Cushion/Power Plant configuration.

3.配备燃油压力表,燃油电磁阀、燃油温度检测装置、空气调压阀、空气温度检测装置、/span>
4.配备体积不低? x 0.14m3的燃气及空气温度控制装置冰浴槽,可对燃油温度进行控制、/span>
5.通过改变燃油喷嘴及空气压力输入,可满足不同的测试标准要求、/span>
6.燃烧器覆盖用保温毯,对燃油管路及机身进行覆盖、/span>
7.油压调节器应能将燃油流量调至0.126 L/min、/span>
8.可调节空气挡片,使空气流量约?.89 m3/min、/span>
9.NexGen航空燃油燃烧器可提供的火焰温度不低于?00050℉、/span>
